Cards aimed at students

Here are a few card design ideas for a new company. Not sure if they will be any good or not, but the target audience was students, so i thought shot galsses and drinking related games would be appropriate. The cards relate to a game called 'ring of fire' that involves picking up a card that is face down. Each of the cards relate to a different thing you must do. I chose 7 for heaven, which means you have to put your arms in the air and the last person to do it must have a shot. And the rest are quite obvious. We shall see if they are any good or not.

Valentines cards

Here are a few ideas for Valentines cards that I designed for raising money for final year show in London. Not sure if theyll be used or are any good at all really, but wanted to show my working process. May work on the use of type a bit more and also the imagrey, I think hearts can be a bit predictable, would be nice to see something that isnt so cliche, but then valentines day is quite a cliche holiday so not really sure if and how you would get around it. Will have a think.

This is... my work!!

I know this is probably a very sad post but my work got chosen to be exhibited at a event hosted by a collective called 'This is...' from the visual communications course at my university. This is the second event they have held but the first I have submitted work towards. It looks nicer in a frame and as I turned up saw somebody buy one of my prints so was happy! Thank you to whoever that was. Also incase you are interested in contacting me for anything, the wrong email address was put up with my work, they missed a vital letter out, but can understand how it was done. My email address is natashadharding@Aol.com if you want to contact me at all.

Indecisiveness

Here is the start of what I am hoping will be my new project for my Final Major Project based on the idea of Indecisiveness and decision making difficulties. This image depicts the idea of having to choose a bottle of water and the different choices available. I used different colours and materials to make it more interesting to look at. I like pattern and feel that this would work well as a wrapping paper or retro wallpaper design also.

'Up in the air' submission

Here are two images that I produced for a competition/drawing exhibition event organised by a group of students at my university called 'This is...'. They change the theme and hold different events every so often. This is the second even they have held and the theme is 'Up in the air'. I submitted these two images which may or may not be chosen to be shown at the exhibition... will have to wait and see!
